Blog Magic: From Concept to Clicks

Here’s a breakdown of the process I followed when creating the WMP Eyewear blog from start to finish:

  1. Outline Creation: I began by researching the topic and outlining key points to cover. For example, in a blog like “Why Sunglasses are Important All Year Round,” I structured the content around the benefits of wearing sunglasses beyond the summer months. This included points on wrinkle prevention, UV protection, eye strain, fashion, and overall health benefits.

  2. Rough Draft: After outlining, I wrote the initial draft, ensuring the content flowed well and incorporated the necessary details. I focused on creating SEO-friendly content by naturally embedding relevant keywords throughout the blog.

  3. Assigning Graphics: Once the draft was complete, I collaborated with the graphic designer to create visuals that aligned with the blog's tone and topics. I provided specific guidelines on images, ensuring the graphics highlighted key points, such as UV protection or sunglasses as fashion accessories.

  4. Editing: After receiving feedback, I went through multiple rounds of revisions to ensure clarity, grammar, and flow. This also involved reviewing the assigned visuals for consistency and brand alignment.

  5. Linking and Uploading: With the content finalized, I added relevant internal and external links to enhance user experience. I then uploaded the blog to the website, along with all necessary images.

  6. Alt Text and SEO Optimization: To ensure the blog remained relevant, I added alt text for all images to boost accessibility and search engine visibility. I also reviewed the meta description, keywords, and headers to optimize the blog’s overall SEO performance.

  7. Publishing: Finally, the blog was scheduled and published, completing the process.
